Jeff Cuellar has been an integral part of the AC Entertainment team for 14+ years and currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships working out of AC’s Chicago office. Cuellar manages the partnerships cultivation team, partnerships activation/integration team, on-site experiential components and revenue generating programs for all AC festival properties. A key player in the success of Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival®, Cuellar oversees community relations, marketing and the Bonnaroo Works Fund (Bonnaroo's charitable program). Cuellar is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and a veteran of the United States Coast Guard. He also enjoyed a successful stint as an account executive at archer>malmo. 

Clark Virden has been connecting the corporate community with distinctive events for more than 9 years. As head of the Partnership division for Red Mountain Entertainment, he oversees the sales efforts for various events and facilities including the Sloss Music & Arts Festival, Tuscaloosa Amphitheater, The Festival of Lights, and the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex. His responsibilities include the creation of unique opportunities, revenue generation, oversight of sponsorship implementation and onsite activation.

Status Serigraph is the full service Graphic Design and Limited-Edition poster studio of Knoxville-based designer Justin Helton. Since 2005, Helton has developed into one of the most sought after young designers in the Southeast. A one-man studio specializing in graphic design for the music and entertainment industry, Helton has designed materials for some of today’s biggest musical acts, festivals and entertainment brands. Working with bands like Phish, The Avett Brothers, My Morning Jacket, Ween, The Black Keys, and festivals like Bonnaroo, Forecastle and Outside Lands, Helton has created an array of designs for the music industry.

Out of his studio in downtown Knoxville, TN, Justin uses a unique blend of design, illustration, and typography in his work and his posters are screen printed by hand. As an alumni of the University of Tennessee, and former Creative Director for AC Entertainment, Helton’s experience has lead him to design for such brands as A&E Television, Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., and Sugarlands Distilling Company.

Debbie Millman is a designer, author, educator and strategist. She is President of the design division at Sterling Brands, where she has worked on the redesign of over 200 global brands, including projects with P&G, Colgate, Nestle, Kraft and Pepsi.

Debbie is also Co-Founder and Chair of the world’s first Masters in Branding Program at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. She is President Emeritus of AIGA, the largest professional association for design in the world and a contributing editor at Print magazine. In 2005, she began hosting, “Design Matters,” the first podcast about design on the Internet. In 2011, the show was awarded a Cooper Hewitt National Design Award.

She is the author of six books on design and branding. Her visual essays have been on display at the Chicago Design Museum and Anderson University in South Carolina.

Blair Enns is a 25-year veteran of the business side of the creative professions. He spent 12 years in account service and business development roles for some of the world’s largest advertising agencies and some of its smallest design firms. In 2002 he launched Win Without Pitching as a consulting practice and has worked with thousands of creative professionals in numerous countries through direct engagements, seminars, workshops and webcasts. Enns has over 30,000 hours invested in the question, how does a creative firm win new business without first giving its ideas away for free?

“I’m not so much an expert in selling as I am in the peculiarities of the creative personality that makes selling difficult for people in an ideas business.”

Enns started building formalized Win Without Pitching as a training program in 2012 and dropped consulting services to focus exclusively on speaking and training.
