Erica leads all domestic and international work executed against the Barbie brand’s global vision. Her leadership spans all advertising, social, digital, events, and both long and short-form content across five global markets. During her tenure on Barbie, Erica launched the "You Can Be Anything" campaign–winner of Cannes Lion, Clio and Webby awards; featured the first ever boy in a Barbie commercial causing a shot heard round the world, and most notably led the launch of the new Barbie body types, generating a seismic shift for the brand while embracing the world girls see today.
We will also proudly recognize the 2018 Silver Medal Recipients, Howard and Beverly Robertson. Howard and Beverly are the Founding Principals at TRUST Marketing. The annual Silver Medal Award stands as the highest form of individual recognition by the American Advertising Federation. It is an awarded to an exceptional industry leader for a career of outstanding accomplishment and advertising contribution.
