Qualifications:

This position serves as in-house agency support for our brokers and clients. The Graphic Designer should be a highly creative, analytic and motivated individual with the ability to make quick, effective design decisions and work efficiently within tight deadlines. This position operates in a traditional business environment. Candidate must exhibit a strong knowledge of graphic design principals, basic business knowledge and skills, work well in a collaborative team environment, and project a professional company image through in- person and phone interaction.

Design:

  • Creates and updates property flyers and sales brochures on an as-needed basis.

  • Designs sales and promotional aids for infographics, presentations and proposals.

  • Updates and maintains marketing PowerPoint presentations.

  • Designs and generates marketing emails and custom invitations for mass distribution.

  • Supports sales presentations by assembling proposals, tour packages, brochures, flyers, etc.

    Marketing:

  • Receives work assignments from Executive Vice President of Marketing based on current needs.

  • Assists in the planning and coordination of client and broker events.

  • Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory.

  • Provides necessary staff support to the CEO, Brokers, and assistants.

  • Helps maintain and update organization website.

  • Maintains property signage database

  • Supports social media efforts on Twitter, Linked In, and Facebook

  • Works collaboratively with Executive Vice President of Marketing and Marketing Director

    Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, graphics, marketing or the creative arts

  • Previous Experience: 3 years, business and/or design environment experience is a plus

    Software:

    Strong Knowledge of the following required:

  • Adobe CS6 – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Some Dreamweaver, Acrobat Professional

  • Mac OS X and Windows XP Operating Systems

  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Strong computer skills a must including use of Apple keyboard shortcuts
