SUMMARY: Responsible for working with sales, marketing and product development teams to develop and design an array of marketing communication materials for all of Radians Brands, Licensing Partners and Private Label Brands. Prepare visual presentation materials for all forms of outside communications including catalogs, flyers, price lists, packaging, and photography. Manage the company brands to ensure and promote consistency and brand strength.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Design and maintain all marketing materials such as product packaging, catalogs, brochures, price lists, flyers, and more

  • Act as brand advocate to grow brand across company, enforcing consistency in brand messaging in all marketing communications collateral

  • Provide timely and effective marketing communication materials for the sales managers and field representatives

  • Work with sales & marketing team to produce PowerPoint sales presentations

  • Coordinate product launches for customers

  • Product photography for catalogs and website

  • Provide assistance with producing informational product videos

  • Prepare pre-press artwork files and release them to spec for outside vendors

  • Maintain image library

  • Ability to multi-task effectively under pressure, balancing speed and quality

  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data as needed

  • Other duties may be assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) applications

  • Strong knowledge of packaging

  • Exceptional communication and team skills

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while effectively managing time

  • Project management skills and the ability to work with outside vendors

  • Strong problem solver; self-starter with ability to follow through

  • Willingness to learn and adapt as job and/or organization change

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  Bachelors degree with emphasis in marketing, packaging or graphic design; 2-4 years graphic design experience in advertising/marketing. 

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Must be PC literate (MS Office) and have strong Excel, Outlook emphasis. Graphics experience a must.
